Also, work included change of 324-326 from previous modernization back to historical original look. We completed alterations in 2008 that replaced the single pane steel framed windows to the new thermal efficient aluminum frame and thermal pane glass. This system saves energy and maintenance cost. We also replaced the sign boards.

This made these buildings more welcoming to customers and gave buildings that “Turn of The Century” look. In 2002 we divided one large space for the owner into seven rentable spaces each with their own handicap restroom, HVAC and electric. We split all the utilities so that each space would be separately metered.
